If you are in Vancouver this weekend and have time to take in a concert, FYI our very own Cello instructor, Bo Peng, is being featured this weekend with the Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra. He is performing Antonin Dvorak’s famous Cello Concerto with the VPO. The concert is this Saturday February 20th at 8pm, Shaughnessy Heights United Church, 1550 W. 33rd Ave., Vancouver.
Our guitar instructor John Walsh is currently on tour with his band Brasstronaut. They will be playing throughout western Canada over the next month, then through the USA in March with dates in New York, Boston, Texas and Los Angeles. Check their myspace page for more details.
