Our Programs
Delta Community Music School is a full-service Music School. We offer lessons in all orchestral instruments including clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, violin, viola, cello, and bass.
We also offer piano instruction at all levels, voice including pop, jazz, classical, and music theatre. We provide instruction in guitar in a range of styles from classical to rock, jazz and pop. We also offer Music Theory in accordance to the RCM exams as well as Jazz Studies.
Our summer programs include the Summer Chamber Music at St. Anne’s (SCHUSA 2024) The South Delta Jazz Festival, and other drum and vocal workshops.
Private Lessons
The DCMS offers private one-on-one lessons in all band, orchestral instruments, voice, guitar, drum set, and piano. All age levels and ranges of ability – from children through to adults and seniors! Yes, an increasing number of adult students are taking lessons at the school in all instruments.

Music Theory
We offer instruction in Music Theory that is directly tied to the Royal Conservatory of Music syllabus so that students can complete their exam requirements.
